WHAT DO THESE WORKOUT GUIDES CONSIST OF?
The workout guides are designed to help you lose fat, tone and focuses on achieving an hourglass figure while sculpting your body. There are comprised of HIIT cardio, legs, glutes (booty), abs, and resistance training exercises. There’s a nutrition guide included with a list of foods to eat and everything you should avoid consuming during the program plus so much more!
WHAT EQUIPMENT WILL I NEED FOR THESE GUIDES?
Some guides won't require equipment, while others might. Though the basic ones include:
Resistance bands
Dumbbells
Skipping rope
ARE ANY MEAL IDEAS OR RECIPES INCLUDED?
Yes! There are breakfast, lunch, dinner, smoothies, and snack recipes with cooking instructions provided.
HOW LONG ARE THE WORKOUTS?
The duration of the workouts is between 45 minutes to 1 hour.
ARE THESE WORKOUTS AVAILABLE FOR EVERYONE?
