We had numerous amounts of people asking us for our workout routines and diet plans. We actually shock so many people when we mention that our diet is 98% plant-based with seafood on occasion. Yet we manage to maintain a good physique. We are not Gurus, just a group of people with accumulated knowledge on what WORKS & what doesn’t.
